Here in Mitramas Infosys Global, you will be exposed to work on software across a diverse platform of technologies as well as a variety of industries within our portfolios. You Are Expected To Be Able To:

• Work with product managers and engineers to gather and refine user requirements
• Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to convey design concepts
• Create intuitive user interface elements like menus, tabs, widgets, etc
• Develop high-fidelity UI mockups and prototypes showcasing visual design and user flow
• Produce original graphics, including images, sketches and tables
• Share design drafts with internal teams and stakeholders
• Identify and resolve UX issues, focusing on responsiveness and usability
• Conduct usability testing and adjust features based on user feedback

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Minimum 0-2 years of work experience as a Product/UX Designer or in a similar role
• Proficient in human-centered design principles and practices
• Strong skills in interaction design and attention to detail
• Ability to use logical and data approaches to communicate design concepts
• Excellent team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Ability to manage time efficiently 
• Experienced with Figma and design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe After Effects) is a plus
