Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Lead the procurement process for materials, equipment, and services required for event management, digital marketing campaigns, merchandise procurement, store and other company projects.
• Source and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure the best quality, price, and terms for our goods and services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize procurement processes and cost efficiencies.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from identifying sourcing needs to supplier selection, order placement, and delivery coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including supplier contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with a focus on event management, digital marketing, merchandise procurement, store, or related industries.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and negotiating contracts for materials, equipment, and services, preferably within the specified industries.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to evaluate supplier proposals, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive favorable outcomes for the company.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
