Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Conduct tender process for building new hospital starts from Prebid / Aanwijzing, Reviewing Proposal, Clarification, until Negotiation process
• Conduct for finalization process in contract tender, such as Drafting, Coordinating, Finalizing, and Distributing
• Monitor project execution coordination with project construction management

Kualifikasi:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• 3 years of experiences in high rise building construction project
• Have a good experience in handle Project Procurement / Quantity Surveyor (QS)
• Have a good knowledge about tender process
• Excellent time management, strong analytical, and negotiation skills
• Good at project administration skills is a must
• Good ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willing to be placed in Corporate Office, BSD - South Tangerang
