Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Collect and analyze data on internal and external factors.
• Assist with Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes and supplier evaluations.
• Support tender negotiations and contract drafting.
• Conduct market research to aid procurement budgeting.
• Provide procurement insights through research and reporting.
• Facilitate tendering processes and create Quotation Comparison Forms (QCF).
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate quotations, and manage approvals.
• Handle communications with suppliers and monitor delivery timelines.
• Maintain procurement documentation.
• Manage knowledge transfer and stay updated on category trends.
• Support process improvement and provide feedback on procurement strategies.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with policies.
• Assist auditors and legal authorities.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or related.
• Have an 2-4 years experience in procurement analyst or supply chain management.
• Experience with category management or strategic sourcing.
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and market research.
• Knowledge of contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Understanding of market dynamics and industry trends for heavy equipment and heavy vehicle
• Continuous improvement mindset and openness to feedback.
