Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, reduce cost and enhance productivity
- Lead and manage end-to-end process improvement projects, ensuring timely and successful completion
- Lead socialization and change management efforts related to new processes, tools and features to ensure smooth implementation
- Perform data analysis to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvement
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including category, supply chain, legal, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and collaboration on process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate operational metrics, project status and team performance to ensure targets are met
- Facilitate alignment meetings to ensure a smooth and efficient project execution with multiple stakeholders
- Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring, and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field from reputable universities
- In-depth understanding of business process optimization and continuous improvement principles
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Strategy, Operation Excellence or a similar role, with a proven track record in process efficiency and project management
- Demonstrated experience in leading process improvement initiatives and implementing process optimization strategies
- Preferably has experience in the E-commerce industry
- Proven record in leading a team composed of 2-4 people
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar
- Proficiency in Ms. Office preferably Ms. Excel & Powerpoint
