Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Identify opportunities and define strategies for efficiencies in the work process and innovative approaches for all Astro's Warehouse.
• Drive optimal utilization of existing systems, and identify areas for improvement to streamline all stages of the supply chain operation.
• Develop and manage an efficient logistics operational budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor Key Performance indicators and align them with management and stakeholder needs.
• Conduct thorough research, perform data analysis, and implement advanced analytical techniques to provide practical insights into supply chain operations
• Monitor e2e business process improvement initiatives with targeted results.
• Coordinates with various business units & Vertical Operations to Initiate Projects/tasks.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver the best possible results, develop, test, and refine business processes/practices.
• Execute roadmap for Operational improvement needed to ensure progress in processes.
• All Improvements you will process must be aligned and reflect Astro's customer value in clear, measurable progress.

Kualifikasi:

• At least experience of 5-6 years in the same field.
• It is mandatory to possess business and financial acumen.
• Proven experience in process excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience in supply chain management and operations.
• Proficiency in relevant supply chain software and systems.
