Solution Design and Architecture
- Needs Analysis: Understand customer's business requirements, challenges, and goals.
- Solution Architecture: Design and develop technical solutions that align with customer needs and company offerings.
- Proof of Concept (PoC): Create and execute PoCs to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions.
- System Integration: Plan and execute system integrations with existing customer infrastructures.
Customer Engagement
- Technical Presentations: Deliver compelling technical presentations to prospective clients.
- Product Demonstrations: Showcase product features and benefits through effective demonstrations.
- Technical Consultations: Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers.
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Sales Support
- Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with technical knowledge and materials.
- Proposal Development: Contribute to the creation of technical sections in sales proposals.
- Sales Support: Provide technical support during the sales cycle.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor offerings and develop strategies to differentiate the company's solutions.
Technical Expertise
- Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of the company's product portfolio.
- Technology Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Technical Skills: Possess strong technical skills, including system design, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
- Certification: Obtain relevant certifications to enhance credibility.
Other Responsibilities
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and sales teams.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor offerings to identify opportunities and threats.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation.
Kualifikasi:
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of Cloud technologies: Public, private, and hybrid cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.), cloud-native architectures, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
- Expertise in Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI): Knowledge of HCI solutions, components, and benefits, including virtualization, storage, networking, and compute.
- Virtualization: Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.) and their integration with cloud and HCI environments.
- Data Center technologies: Understanding of server, storage, and networking hardware, along with data center infrastructure.
- Networking: Solid grasp of networking concepts, including routing, switching, load balancing, and firewalls.
- Security: Familiarity with security best practices, threat landscape, and security solutions in cloud and HCI environments.
Presales and Customer Focus:
- Solution Selling: Ability to articulate the value proposition of cloud and HCI solutions to address customer pain points and business objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing technical guidance.
- Technical Presentations: Delivering compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proposal Development: Creating technical proposals and documentation in response to customer requirements.
- Competitive Analysis: Understanding the competitive landscape and effectively positioning cloud and HCI solutions.
Business Acumen:
- Market Understanding: Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer challenges in the cloud and HCI space.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of pricing, cost, and profitability aspects of cloud and HCI solutions.
- Business Value: Ability to articulate the business value of cloud and HCI solutions to customers.
