Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and identify client needs in the lending sector.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of PowerCred’s solutions.
- Customize and propose solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Maintain CRM data hygiene, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for all sales activities.
- Utilize sales automation tools to streamline pre-sales processes and improve lead conversion rates.
- Address technical inquiries and provide insightful recommendations to prospective clients.
- Assist in designing workflows and data solutions to optimize clients' operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to provide informed advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
- Support the sales team in closing deals by providing necessary technical insights and documentation.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably within the lending or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of data aggregation, document parsing, and API integration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Customer-focused with a passion for building relationships and driving client success
