Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

PT SMART Tbk (Sinarmas Agribusiness and Food) is looking for PMO Assistant Internship, placement in Sinarmas MSIG, Sudirman, South Jakarta.

• Helping and pairing up with Sinarmas Agri's PMO team, as an assistant/secretary
• To assist and help the PMO team in coordinating as well as preparing for the upcoming workshop in S4 HANA

Kualifikasi:

• Candidate must possess at least a final year student or fresh graduate, Min IPK 3.30.
• Looking for people with the educational background in: Project Management, Business Administration, IT/Business Analyst (PS. Also open to other majors)

Required skill(s):

• Good communication skills (verbal and written) - can converse in Bahasa Indo and English for reporting and stakeholder interactions. E.g. can do effective minute taking during the workshops, consolidate key takeaways/ actions from workshop.
• Good organization skills - capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing effectively. e.g. manage stakeholders'/ workshop scheduling, logistics, follow-up on outstanding tasks effectively etc.
• Willingness to learn - willing to take on new challenges, learn from experienced team members. and work in fast paced project.
• Attention to detail - meticulous with the coordination of tasks and documentation during and after workshops.

Additional skill:

• Some technical proficiency - familiar with PMO softwares like Asana, excel, ppt etc.
• Meet the minimum english proficiency results:
• (IELTS: min. 6.0, TOEFL: min. 500)

• Willing to join for 3+ months (Full WFO) with commitment
