Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Capture and/or curate impactful and visually stunning images that tell compelling stories in line with the editorial vision and goals.
2. Maintain and operate a range of photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment. Ensure equipment is in optimal condition for assignments.
3. Attend and cover various events, news stories, and assignments. This may include local, national, or international travel depending on the nature of the story.
4. Edit and enhance images using photo editing software while maintaining the integrity of the story. Ensure timely delivery of edited images to the editorial team.
5. Work closely with reporters, editors, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive visual representation of the news stories.

Kualifikasi:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Journalism, or related field.
2. Has 1-3 years experience as a Photojournalist, with a proven portfolio showcasing a range of storytelling styles.
3. Proficient in photography techniques, equipment, and editing software.
4. Excellent knowledge of current events, news, and social issues.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Familiarity with journalistic ethics and standards.
7. Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
