As an In-house Photo/Videographer at MOP Beauty, you will play a crucial role in capturing and creating visually compelling content that represents our brand across all platforms. Your expertise in photography and videography will help us maintain the highest standards of visual storytelling that resonates with our audience and upholds our brand identity.

Job Descriptions:

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of our products, ensuring each composition reflects the uniqueness and quality of our brand.
• Edit and retouch photos and videos to align with our brand standards, ensuring all visual content is polished and professional.
• Collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to plan, storyboard, and develop visual content that enhances our brand narrative and marketing campaigns.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in photography and videography to keep our content fresh and engaging.
• Manage and maintain digital files and archives of all media assets, ensuring easy access and organized storage.
• Contribute to the creative process by suggesting innovative ideas and visual concepts for upcoming projects.

Kualifikasi:

Requirements:

• At least one year of professional experience in editorial, product photography, or videography, specifically in a beauty or personal care company.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
• Exceptional eye for detail and an artistic sense for visual composition and color.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team and interact effectively with different departments.
