Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

We are seeking a talented and creative Photo/Videographer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of product launches, producing compelling campaign content, and managing collaborations with partners. Your keen eye for beauty aesthetics will be crucial as you direct models and create engaging visual content that aligns with our brand’s vision.

Product Launch Execution:

• Capture, edit, and deliver high-quality photos and videos for product launches.
• Ensure visual content aligns with the brand’s messaging, marketing goals, and is optimized for various platforms (social media, websites, etc.).

Campaign Production:

• Develop and execute production plans for campaigns, including video and photo shoots.
• Manage on-site logistics (lighting, sound) and handle post-production tasks such as video editing, color grading, and adding effects.

Campaign Execution:

• Ensure timely delivery of all visual materials, manage any necessary adjustments or revisions, and adhere to deadlines for campaign rollouts.
• Maintain an organized archive of all video projects for easy future access.

Collaboration Management:

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth production processes and seamless execution.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and external partners to align content with campaign objectives and brand consistency.

Kualifikasi:

1. Proven experience as a photo/videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing both filmed and edited work (Prior experience in the beauty industry is highly preferred).
2. Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Film, Media Production, or a related field is preferred but not required.
3. Demonstrated ability to direct models and capture aesthetically pleasing images and videos.
4. Proficiency in photography and videography equipment and video editing software
5. Strong understanding of beauty aesthetics and trends.
6. Excellent skills in lighting, composition, and editing to produce high-quality content.
7. Personal Attributes: Creative mindset with a passion for beauty and fashion, Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
8. Willing to work from office (Location: Bandung)
