Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?

• Organizing activities to update the skills and knowledge of Pharmacy Assistants in the clinic to meet company standards.
• Developing modules for basic pharmacy training, drug compounding, or skill development based on program materials and expectations, ensuring systematic and targeted execution.
• Delivering basic pharmacy and drug compounding training considering participants' skill levels, ensuring clear and easily understood content delivery.
• Managing the practice license (STRA) for Pharmacists in the clinic to maintain uninterrupted practice activities.
• Conducting surprise inspection simulations to prepare the clinic for audits and monitor pharmacy staff performance.
• Maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business goals.
• Compiling evaluation reports on training programs to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitoring drug compounding processes and medication dispensing to ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Periodically reviewing Work Instructions (WIs) for pharmacy staff to ensure they are updated according to clinic and industry needs.

Kualifikasi:

Does it match your criteria?

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy with an Apothecary Program.
• Active STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker).
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in coaching/training/learning.
• Good knowledge of pharmacy in skincare/beauty industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Training Management, and Drug Compounding
