• Ensure and guarantee the implementation of the Quality Management System in the SKINPROOF area runs well and correctly according to the established plan.
• Develop and execute plans related to the implementation of the Quality Management System in the SKINPROOF area.
• Ensure cost maintenance related to the development and implementation of the Quality Management System.
• Schedule and execute internal and external training processes for all employees in the SKINPROOF area.
• Review and approve Quality Statement sheets for final product testing reports before final approval by the Head of SKINPROOF and the creation of the Certificate of Analysis.
• Conduct technical reviews of final consumer research reports before final approval by the Head of SKINPROOF.
• Coordinate with the Business Support Department and Product Marketing Department for the planning and execution of periodic customer satisfaction surveys.
• Collaborate with the Business Support Department to create and process questionnaires for the Quality System service satisfaction survey for Internal Customers.
• Collaborate with the Product Marketing Department to create and process questionnaires for the SKINPROOF service satisfaction survey for External Customers.
• Follow up on all feedback received from Customers based on the customer satisfaction survey results.

Kualifikasi:

Does it match your criteria?

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Systems and Laboratory Testing.
• Strong knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice, Good Clinical Practice, and ISO 9001:2015.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of Internal and External Audits.
• Strong knowledge of company operations and the Quality Management System.
