Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

As a Personal Assistant, you will support the CEO and Chairwoman with managing a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations and allowing the CEO and Chairwoman to focus on strategic responsibilities.

You can expect to: 

• Manage the CEO and Chairwoman's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Screen and manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and respond on behalf of the CEO and Chairwoman when appropriate.
• Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical.
• Arrange travel and accommodations for the CEO and Chairwoman, including detailed itineraries.
• Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring all logistical details are handled.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Oversee office supplies and manage budgets related to administrative expenses.
• Ensure the office environment is organized, professional, and efficient.
• Assist with personal matters for the CEO and Chairwoman as needed.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.  

Kualifikasi:

• University degree and/or secretarial qualification would be preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English
• Attention to detail with good problem solving.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment (including prioritization skills, flexibility toward change, and sense of urgency).
• Significant experience of managing office procedures and working with sensitive business information.
• Analytical & multi-tasker.
