Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Create and manage performance marketing strategy & execution plan
- Plan and execute all digital activation activities (mobile app and website) using ads platform including social media, SEM, Programmatic
- Execute and manage the day to day operations of paid digital marketing campaigns across web, search, and social media
- Set-up and monitor campaign performance, tracking and measuring all digital marketing metrics, generate performance marketing reports and deliver actionable insights from these reports for the brand team to implement
- Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment
- Identify trends and insights; translate those learnings for campaign optimization
- Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established KPI
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
- At least 2 years experiences in marketing project management, growth marketing, performance marketing or similar positions
- Understanding of marketing financial planning/budgeting, social media advertising across major platforms & website analytics
- Understand industry trends and able to evaluate opportunities for growth
- Experience managing stakeholders, both internally and externally
