Job Description:
- Engage business leaders to establish business essentials for organizational development or change management initiatives.
- Coach business leaders to align career aspirations and job rotations of the employees with the organization's business strategy.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and develop high-performing talent based on the organization's ideal talent profile.
- Liaise with business leaders to develop hiring standards for sourcing candidates for leadership roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers on recruitment needs and execute end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Guide business leaders to relay key performance indicators (KPIs), performance goals and ratings to their employees.
- Engage business leaders on compensation policies and programs.
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Build regular meeting with all business leader to aligning organization goals
- Resolve complex employee relations issues, partnering with Employee Relations and Legal.
- Liaise and align Industrial Relations cases with Industrial Relations and Legal.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or other related field.
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
- In-depth knowledge of all HR functions and best practices.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a People Partner.
- Experienced in managing the Operations team.
- Experience in the Logistic industry would be preferred.
- Proficiency in Ms. Office preferably in Ms. Excel.
- Experience in organizational effectiveness and organization change processes.
- Proven ability to facilitate, persuade, influence, and build credibility with all levels and all functions.
- Must be team-oriented and demonstrate the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Having a strong business acumen.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- Fast learner and ability to adapt.
- Willingness to work with high mobilization.
- Proactive, fast response and have a sense of urgency.
