Where you will tackle some challenges, such as :

• Manage the crew lifecycle including recruitment, induction, onboarding and performance management.
• Collaborate with Ops Team to gather any concern, issue, or improvement area.
• Dive-in and blend with Team to understand the current condition and multiple point of view.
• Handling each crew and each case hands-on and troubleshoot for realignment, development & reselection.
• Review, create, and updates materials and data required for analysis and improvement.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelors degree in any major
• Previous internship or work experience in HR (fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!)
• Willing to be placed in Tanjung Duren, Jakarta Barat
