Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Support End-to-End Recruitment Process.
• Help with sourcing candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
• Prepare interview materials and ensure all necessary resources are available for interviews.
• Support onboarding programs to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires.
• Help plan and execute monthly company events.

Kualifikasi:

• Final Year in Human Resources or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
