Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Facilitate and map out employee competency development programs both in terms of soft skills and hard skills and meet workforce needs to achieve the company's vision and mission.
• Providing data on employee competency development.
• Record employee performance appraisal assessments so that they can be evaluated for further employee development planning.
• Monitor the progress of the orientation period for new employees and the acting period for promotional employees so that the learning process can be utilized optimally
• Make reports on all PDv work activities, both routine and non-routine, so that they can provide information regarding activities, identification of problems, and progress achieved

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in People Development 
• Master the concept of people development, organizational behavior, learning concept
• Good understanding of competency, psychodiagnostic, and counseling techniques
• Able to become a Trainer/Train The Trainer
• Understand interview techniques, communication, and recruitment systems
