- Identify and engage potential B2B clients, including educational institutions, corporations, and organizations, interested in our education consulting services.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations with B2B clients to understand their educational support requirements, employee development needs, and strategic objectives.
- Propose tailored solutions that align with client goals and leverage our educational expertise.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our suite of educational services, highlighting how they can benefit B2B clients in talent development and employee education.
- Provide ongoing support, address queries, and ensure a positive client experience to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare detailed proposals that align with client needs, clearly articulating the value and ROI of our offerings.
- Lead negotiations of contracts and agreements with B2B clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and in alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide insights into market trends, client feedback, and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on trends in the education consulting and corporate training space.
Kualifikasi:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in the education industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of the educational market
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
