At Durianpay, we are on a mission to build a fully integrated and comprehensive B2B Payments Stack that revolutionizes both customer and merchant experience in Southeast Asia. Digital payments in SE Asia are poised to grow at a very fast pace with gross transaction volumes expected to cross $1 trillion in 2025. We have launched in Indonesia with a one-stop solution for frictionless checkout, easy-to-integrate modern APIs, and a single dashboard to manage payments, disbursements and B2B financial needs. 

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Partnership Intern (3-months) to take the lead in managing crucial documentation and overseeing task completion deadlines within our partnership department. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and gain practical experience in partner relations. 

Job description and responsibilities: 

• Manage and organize partnership records, documentation - including contracts, agreements, and correspondence - ensuring all records are up-to-date, accurate and easily accessible. 
• Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion. 
• Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication with External and Internal Party. 
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Business Development, Product, Legal, and Compliance to gather information and support partnership activities. 

Kualifikasi:

Requirements: 

• Final year student or fresh graduate from Bachelor’s degree, preferably majoring in Economics, Finance, Management, Business Administration or related field. 
• Prior internship experience in fintech/finance industry or related field is a plus. 
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data management and reporting. 
• Fluent in Bahasa and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Well-structured approach to task management and problem-solving. 

This is a 3-months internship position with the possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and organizational needs.
