About the role:
As a Paid Media Specialist at Baltini, you will play a crucial role in driving our online presence and sales through effective paid media campaigns. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid media strategies across multiple platforms to achieve our business goals. Your expertise in eCommerce and deep understanding of fashion trends in Western nations will enable you to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience and convert interest into action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and more, to drive traffic and conversions on Baltini’s eCommerce platform.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends in Western nations to inform campaign development and targeting.
- Manage budget allocation for paid media campaigns, ensuring efficient spend and meeting performance targets.
- Conduct A/B testing on various ad components to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare and present detailed campaign performance reports to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
Kualifikasi:
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in eCommerce settings.
- Proven track record of creating and managing successful paid media campaigns.
- Having knowledge of fashion trends in Western nations, with the ability to apply this understanding to campaign development is preferred
- Proficient in using digital analytics and ad management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of developing innovative solutions to achieve business goals.
