Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Submit designs and models from employee performance appraisal
- Socializing the annual assessment process to all employees.
- Follow-up on the manufacturing process performance appraisal indicators (KPI/OKR) are good organizational level and position.
- Schedule and follow-up performance appraisal dialogue between employees related to superiors in related divisions.
- Collect the necessary data related to achievement of performance, follow-up of each section.
- Facilitate changes to existing structures to make sure the structure is accommodating business needs and support the achievement objectives company.
- Facilitate job creation/change description on each work unit, for ensure the validity of the job content Description.
- Create, update, and implementing SOP Grading & Rank, to make sure standardization of rank in company.
- Generate reports related to analysis results positions, performance management, and reports others related to Organizational Development.
- Helping projects related to joint development and training with other units
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Psychology Major
- Minimum 5 (five) years of working experience in a related field
- Outstanding interpersonal communications skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively within different type of stakeholders.
- Proficient in Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
- Understand the performance management process
- Understand job evaluation methods
