Deskripsi Pekerjaan:<ol><li>Support reporting of dynamic organizational and people development activities and programs.</li><li>Support in reporting and controlling the analysis of job and technical competencies development.</li><li>Assist in controlling and reporting on training schedules</li><li>Assist&nbsp;in controlling planning versus actual delivery of daily and monthly cultural activities.</li></ol>Kualifikasi:<ol><li>Last year student or fresh graduate from industrial engineering/Psychology major with min GPA 3.5/4.0</li><li>Having knowledge about business and people development</li><li>Familiar with MS Office (Excel &amp; Power Point) &amp; Canva</li><li>Available for at least 3 months</li><li>Fluent in English will be plus</li></ol>
