Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Supervise and enhance the Customer Service team for prompt issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the entire import process, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and efficient handling of import documentation and customs clearance.
• Manage supplier and logistics provider relationships to optimize import operations.
• Ensure efficient warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
• Collaborate with Product Management to align import operations with product launch timelines.
• Identify and implement process improvements across customer service, import, and warehouse operations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing operations team, conducting performance evaluations and fostering a positive work environment.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for senior management.
• Effectively allocate resources to meet operational goals and objectives.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management, with at least 4 years in a team leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing customer service, import operations, and warehouse teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• In-depth knowledge of import/export regulations and logistics.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in English.
