• Oversee and manage visa processing operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes and workflows.
• Lead various departments (e.g., account management, document management, field agent) to ensure seamless coordination.
• Identify and address bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the operations, suggesting improvements.
• Prepare reports and performance analyses to track operational performance.
• Manage team performance, providing training, coaching, and feedback where necessary.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and ensure cost-effectiveness in operations.
• Ensure the availability of necessary tools and technology for efficient operations.

Kualifikasi:

• Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within the visa, travel, or immigration industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
