Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Managing operations mall, including housekeeping, parking, and security
2. Reporting to GM Mall for daily basis
3. Maintaining good relationship with all departments and tenants within the Mall
4. Developing and implementing standard technical operating procedures within the Mall
5. Leading technical staff to optimize Mall performance in a cost-effective and efficient manner
6. Responsible for building maintenance, and daily technical operations
7. Ensuring safe and comfortable building maintenance to get satisfying customer experience

Kualifikasi:

1. Hold min Bachelor Degree in Engineering
2. Experienced min 3 years as Operations Manager/Property Manager/Building Manager for Mall
3. Possess good knowledge and experienced in MEP Building
4. Possess excellent leadership with good analytical thinking
5. Able to take decisive decisions and offer creative problem solving
