Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services required for the production of White Label products. This role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining inventory levels to support production needs. The Operational Buyer works closely with various departments, including product development, production, and quality control, to ensure the seamless operation of the supply chain.

• Identify, evaluate, select suppliers for White Label products, and develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality;
• Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with company standards;
• Source and purchase materials, ingredients, and packaging for White Label products;
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and value;
• Manage purchase orders, track shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods, monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for production needs, and implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and obsolescence;
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure efficient stock management;
• Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and value optimization in the procurement process;
• Monitor and report on procurement expenditures and budget adherence;
• Work closely with the product development team to understand material requirements and specifications, and communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to procurement.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree from any background (business administration or a relevant field will be considered a plus.)
• Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sourcing items
• Team player and ability to communicate clearly
• Excellent negotiation and intrapersonal skills
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
