Where you will tackle some challenges, such as :

• Ensuring day-to-day operations to run smoothly
• Create weekly schedule in accordance to given budget
• Perform offline and CCTV audit
• Checking store inventory (waste, variance, SO)
• Training crew for new SOP and refreshments
• Ensure cooking time, completion time & other Operations metrics meets target
• Monitor opex, supplies, outlet finances according to budgets
• And many more exciting challenges !

Kualifikasi:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in any field
• At least 1 year of similar experience in F&B industry but fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Willing to work from office in Tanjung Duren, Jakarta Barat
