• Ensure services meet SLA requirements
• Maintain service performance delivery
• Support Project N3 and N5
• Analyze service performance & troubleshooting
• Act as an interface between customers and internal teams

Kualifikasi:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree of Telecommunication/Informatics/Computer Engineer or any related field.
• Possess knowledge of Network (MTCNA), data analysis, and troubleshooting
• Have a knowledge about database and MS Office skills
• Additional skills in Linux and Python are preferred
• Strong communication skills for customer interface
