Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Support Preventive & Corrective Maintenance for Checkpoint, Cisco, PaloAlto, McAfee, Fortinet & TrendMicro
• Including reporting, documentation, and standby monitoring.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and support on system issues and follow up proactively with internal or external parties for issue resolution progress
• Ability to place clients at the forefront of all interactions, understanding their requirements, and creating a positive client experience throughout the total client journey

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience)
• Experience: 3 years experience or above
• Experience working in Banking & Financial Services Industry
• Experience of Managed Services
• Experience working with vendors and/or 3rd parties
• Familiar implementation security system with a Checkpoint, Cisco, PaloAlto, McAfee, Fortinet & TrendMicro
• Preq. Knowledge: Have a good knowledge for fundamental networking areas. OSI Model, Data Link, Network, Transport and Application Layers, Switching & Routing, Load Balancing, Security and Application Delivery Platforms
• Having Network certification (CCNP or equivalent certification)
• Certifications relevant to the services provided (certifications carry additional weightage on a candidate’s qualification for the role)
