MSIG Life Insurance Indonesia's Future Leadership MT Program aims to develop and foster talented individual Future Leaders in our Organization – and create an accelerated career Program for the Young Generation with an Experimental Learning Program.

1. Training: Start with an intensive 4-week onboarding class that covers everything from MSIG Life's business strategy to operational processes, giving you a solid foundation to build on.
2. Assignment & mentorship: Get hands-on with real projects, guided by coaching and mentorship from top-level executives or division heads.

Kualifikasi:

• Fresh graduate Bachelor or Magister from Top Local University / Overseas University with GPA min. 3.5
• Max. 2 Years working experience for Bachelor's Degree
• Max. 1 Year working experience for Master's Degree
• A good communicator, with excellent presentation skills and material-building
• Strong analytical and critical thinking.
• Excellent in English spoken and written 
• Proficient in using Ms. Office and Tech Savvy
• Willing to be reallocated to another city outside Jakarta such as Medan, Surabaya, Makassar, Bali, and other cities if needed
