Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Opening new channel to referring patients Morula Indonesia
• Monitoring the journey of patients who have been referred by the Brand Ambassador
• Maintaining good relationships with Morula Brand Ambassadors
• Ensuring that the Brand Ambassador is well-informed about the products, programs, and benefits provided by Morula Indonesia.

Kualifikasi:

• Possess a minimum of a Diploma (D3).
• Previous as Brand Ambassador & Community Development experience, minimum 1 Years Experience is required.
• Previous work experience in hospitals, clinics or insurance is required.
• Demonstrated experience in managing patient communities, including proficiency in handling databases and effectively following up with community members.
• Managing ambassador programs or working closely with ambassadors is a plus. Ability to effectively communicate, support, and collaborate with ambassadors to achieve organizational goals and objectives
