Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Maintain good communication & relationships with merchants.
• Responsible for managing & monitoring merchant's store performance from the sales output of the category merchants by conducting strategic negotiations.
• Responsible for following up and solving day-to-day merchant case.
• Assist merchants in product optimization and join special promotions or campaigns.
• Monitor merchant violation, delayed delivery, false delivery, customer service response rate tracking, and poor fit merchant finishing

Kualifikasi:

• Minimal bachelor's degree from a reputable university Ability to communicate fluently in spoken and written English.
• At least 1-3 years of merchant management experience in e-commerce/marketplace.
• Have a high interest in E-commerce (having management experience as a brand seller in large e-commerce is preferred).
• Having a basic knowledge of the digital industry (familiarity with digital brands, commodities, merchant resources, and business docking experience is preferred).
