Responsibilities:
- Looking for a candidate who will be able to demonstrate expertise for merchant identification, acquisition, negotiation, on boarding process and on-going day to day management.
- Prospect and acquire new strategic accounts/business. Conduct sales presentations via phone/internet and meetings to new merchants.
- Ensure a deep knowledge of the marketplace platform environment to ensure full merchant understanding of our value proposition.
- Assisting in the onboarding of merchant and relationships from qualification to post-sales set up to maintain service level standards.
- Manage the whole sales cycle and sales closure to grow new business and acquire new strategic merchants.
- Coordinate and closely collaborate with other departments to find out sales leads.
Kualifikasi:
Requirements:
- Minimum education D3/S1 from marketing / sales / business management / related field
- Experience working as Merchant Acquisition or similar role at least 3 years, experiences in tech company, SaaS product more preferable.
- Wide retail and Brand Relationship network will be an advantage.
- Excellent Communication, presentation, negotiation skills with focus on selling and building good relation to customer.
- Have excellent interpersonal and teamwork skill, knowledge of online marketing, and good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer oriented with good multitasking.
- Ability to work in fast pace industry / startup with target focus
- Proficient in Microsoft and Marketplace software
- Good in English (both verbal and non-verbal), good in Mandarin is a plus
