Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Identify assortment opportunities and develop new product categories, source new suppliers on top of the existing core products and suppliers
• Support in planning and developing categories (F&B /GMS / Toys / Stationary / Hardware)
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and stores to ensure the proper execution of plans
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and details to maximize sales, margin, and inventory, run competitive strategy, promotions, pricing, activations
• Gather information on market trends and customers’ reactions to products
• Manage and nurtures vendor relationships
• Supervise, guide, and develop the merchandising team, and set goals for team members to accomplish
• Sourcing potential supplier and product to export
• Generate weekly report and monthly report

Kualifikasi:

• Min Bachelor Degree of Any Major
• Min 2 years experiences in merchandising / purchasing / buyer
• Good communication and negotiation
• Having good relationship with suppliers / vendors would be advantages
