Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies for bakery products across all stores.
• Develop for new bakery product
• Monitor and manage bakery product displays to ensure optimal presentation.
• Collaborate with the other departments to align merchandising plans with product availability and promotions.
• Analyze sales data to evaluate performance and adjust merchandising techniques for maximum profitability.
• Train and supervise store staff on bakery merchandising standards.
• Ensure all merchandising activities comply with company standards and safety regulations.

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Bachelor Degree from Baking and Pastry Arts or similar
• Min. 3 years Experience as Bakery Buyer in Hotel/Bakery Chain
• Previous experience as a Merchandiser, preferably in a bakery or food-related industry.
• Strong knowledge about basic bakery production
• Have good sense and strong initiative for new product development
• Strong understanding of merchandising principles and visual display techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite.
• Fluent in English
