1. Manage onboarding process for new brands and Creators
2. Ensure that creators and brands adhere to the network's policies and requirements.
3. Identify potential creators for brands that suitable for joining the network
4. Strengthen relationships with existing brand within the network
5. Design and implement strategies to enhance the exposure of brands across tiktok platforms and social media (cross platform if needed)
6. Analyze data and performance metrics of brands to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
7. Assist brands in optimizing and improving the quality of their product
8. Develop marketing campaigns to increase viewership, subscriptions, and engagement
9. Maintain effective communication with brands and creators within the network to foster engagement and satisfaction
10. Provide support and guidance to brand on, marketing, and collaborations
11. Address any inquiries or issues arising either from brand and creators within the network
12. Compile regular reports on network growth, performance, and goal achievements
13. Seek market insights trends to enhance network strategies

Kualifikasi:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Media Management, or Business.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in MCN management, digital content management, or related esports fields.
3. In-depth understanding of the esports industry, social media platforms, and current content trends.
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
5. Exceptional communication skills and effective leadership abilities.
6. Capable of working collaboratively in a team and independently.
7. Proficiency in designing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
8. Having a strong network of contacts within the creator community, esports teams, and related industry stakeholders will be considered an additional advantage.
