Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Develop comprehensive competitor profiles, including strategic analysis, capital relationships, key channels, strengths, profitability, and financial position.
- Execute intelligence activities to gather and centrally manage information on competitors both within and outside the company.
- Conduct continuous analysis and updates on competitors' products and services, including gap analysis with our own products.
- Analyze brokers, BUSB, conglomerates, and other sales channels to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collect and analyze data to uncover prospective customer preferences on products and services.
- Formulate agile strategies regarding sales channels and insurance products based on market research analysis results, in collaboration with Production departments.
- Evaluate and review existing strategies on sales channels and insurance products, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance by filing product sales at banking or BUSB to regulatory authorities like OJK.
- Review and approve agreements with sales partners such as MoUs.
- Provide support for merger and acquisition activities as needed.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, market research, or strategic planning within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in market research tools, marketing analytics, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and platforms is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Certifications in marketing analytics, strategic marketing, or project management are a plus.
