RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior.
- Identify new opportunities and potential areas for growth.
A/B Testing and Analysis:
- Design and implement A/B tests for content, email campaigns, and social media posts.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, MixPanel) to track and report on marketing performance.
- Create detailed reports with key metrics and insights for decision-making.
Content Planning:
- Develop a well-researched content plan that aligns with Fastrac’s goals and target audience.
- Create a content calendar with specific themes, topics, and formats.
Budget Management and Strategic Decisions:
- Review and allocate the marketing budget for ad spend and influencer partnerships.
- Make informed strategic decisions on resource allocation based on performance data.
Approval and Oversight:
- Review and approve content before it goes live.
- Provide feedback and guidance to ensure consistency and quality.
Kualifikasi:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in market research, A/B testing, or data analysis.
- Strong background in content planning and digital marketing.
- Ability to manage budgets and make strategic decisions on ad spend.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, MixPanel, etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
