We are seeking a Full-Time Marketing Specialist to join our team and enhance our brand presence and event marketing initiaties! This position is fully remote but requires travel for event visits. If you are an experienced, creative, and passionate marketer/brand strategist with retail industry experience; who loves a flexible and dynamic work environment, this role could be perfect for you!

Job Description:

• Manage our social media channels (Instagram & TikTok), including planning detailed content and executing marketing campaigns in collaboration with the creative team.
• Develop effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement by staying up-to-date with the retail industry trends.
• Conceptualize innovative pop-up market events that align with brand values and attract the target audience.
• Attend multiple pop-up markets to gather content for social media marketing materials.

Kualifikasi:

Requirements:

• Minimum D3/S1 in related fields with at least 1 year of experience in social media management or related areas.
• Lives in Jakarta or Tangerang area
• Proven experience in brand marketing, with a strong understanding of social media strategies, content marketing, and campaign planning.
• Experience in event marketing, including conceptualizing and executing pop-up markets or similar events.
• Preferably have experience in the online & offline retail industry and/or handling pop-up market events.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to life!
