• Plan and deliver engaging Chinese language lessons to students at different proficiency levels.
• Design and implement creative and effective teaching strategies, incorporating technology and modern teaching methods.
• Develop and administer assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment that promotes active learning and cultural appreciation.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create interdisciplinary learning experiences.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and needs.
• Encourage student participation in cultural activities and immersion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
