Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Develop creative and persuasive copy for but not limited to marketing campaigns, advertisements, website content, social media, email marketing, and other communication channels.
2. Manage and execute end-to-end localization projects, including coordinating translation resources, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standard
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product, legal, developers, etc to develop and implement localization strategies, ensuring alignment and consistency in messaging
4. Conduct linguistic reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure accurate translations and localized content that aligns with brand guidelines, cultural sensitivities and preferences
5. Engage in day to day operational task to improve team productivity and efficiency

Kualifikasi:

1. Fluency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Indonesia is a must
2. Education background (discuss with HR)
3. Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail and a meticulous approach to quality assurance.
4. Proven experience as a Localization Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in a technology, ecommerce, startups environment
5. Proficiency/creativity in crafting copy for various channels, including digital, print, social media, and email marketing.
6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
7. Possess business and user experience knowledge
8. Self-starter and excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams or external vendors
