• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations
• Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation, information and data security, supply operation
• Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
• Allocate resources effectively
• Communicate with operation employees about performance expectations
• Determine KPIs and measure them on a regular basis
• Ensure smooth daily operations
• Stay up to date with latest production trends, best practices and technology

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor of pharmacy, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
• Min 4 th experiences
• Experience in manufactured cosmetic is a must
• ⁠Good leadership
• ⁠Good communication skill in written & verbal
• Excellent team handling skill with hands- on approach
• Good leadership skills
• Technical and operational knowledge about maklon cosmetic industry.
