Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes, including route planning, warehouse management, and transportation mode selection.
• Track and monitor logistics performance to ensure compliance with targets and standards.
• Identify and resolve logistics issues, such as delivery delays, damaged goods, and order discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Manage logistics projects, including the development and implementation of new solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate logistics findings and recommendations.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Logistics Analyst or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of logistics principles and best practices.
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and other data analysis tools.
• Experience using Microsoft Power BI tools.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of English.

• Experience in Transportation Management and warehouse management.
