Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Responsible for procuring Fresh goods (Fruit & Vegetables, Meat & Fish) & FMCG, both imported and local, according to the range of items and targets set by the company.
2. Ensure that Fresh & FMCG products meet quality standards and competitive prices.
3. Conduct research to identify potential suppliers, establish good relationships with them, and negotiate to determine the best prices. 
4. Prepare reports & analyze daily, weekly, and monthly spending. 
5. Conduct quality control (QC) processes on acquired products

Kualifikasi:

1. Minimum D3 degree in any field. 
2. Work experience in purchasing/buyer roles, preferably with a minimum of 3 years in the Retail/Supermarket/Hypermarket industry. 
3. Good knowledge of all Fresh & FMCG products. 
4. Honest, responsible, hardworking, initiative, and creative personality. 
5. Good communication and negotiation skills when interacting with suppliers or third parties.
6. Able to work under tight target pressure and flexible in facing changes in the retail industry.
