Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Preparation Before Live:

• Request Product: Coordinate with the product team to ensure all necessary products are available for the live stream.
• Studio Setup: Prepare the studio for the live stream, including setting up cameras, lighting, and other necessary equipment.
• Flash Sale & Voucher Setup: Configure and prepare flash sales and vouchers to be used during the live stream.
• Etalase Setup: Organize and set up the product display (etalase) for the live stream.
• Brief & Discussion: Participate in briefing and discussion sessions to understand the concept and flow of the day’s live stream.

2. During Live:

• Etalase Setup Adjustment: Adjust the product display based on the live host's mentions and customer requests.
• Flash Sale Stock Management: Monitor and manage the stock levels of flash sale items to create excitement and urgency.

3. Post Order:

• Offline Order Processing: Handle offline orders and ensure they are accurately recorded.
• Data Sharing: Share order data with the Operations and Logistics teams to prevent any missed information and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in a support or administrative role, preferably in a live streaming or e-commerce environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using various software and tools related to live streaming and e-commerce platforms.
