Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Lender Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing lenders as well as attract new lenders.
- Be the main liaison between the company and lenders, ensuring effective and efficient communication.
Account Management
- Manage bank accounts, including information updates and account administration.
- Oversee transactions carried out by lenders and ensure transparency and clarity in all financial processes.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze lender data to understand investment patterns and lender preferences.
- Provide regular reports and insights regarding the performance of the lender's investment portfolio.
Product Development
- Coordinate with the product team to develop and improve products and services that suit lenders' needs.
- Provide feedback from lenders to the development team for service improvement.
Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain lenders.
- Organize events or webinars for education and direct interaction with lenders.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure that the company complies with all applicable regulations and laws in the fintech and P2P lending industry.
- Manage compliance with Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations and other regulatory institutions.
- Prepare and manage legal documents required for company operations.
Support for the Board of Directors
- Prepare agendas and meeting materials for the board of directors and committees within the company.
- Organize and document board of directors and shareholder meetings.
- Prepare meeting minutes and ensure that all decisions and actions taken by the board of directors are well documented.
Corporate Governance Management (Corporate Governance)
- Develop and implement good corporate governance policies.
- Provide advice to the board of directors on corporate governance and compliance practices.
Communication and Relations with Stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between directors and shareholders.
- Manage communications with external stakeholders, including regulators, investors and the media.
- Handle information requests from external stakeholders and ensure transparency in company communications.
Risk Management and Audit
- Coordinate with the risk management and audit departments to ensure that the risks faced by the company are managed properly.
- Assist in the preparation of annual reports and other audit documents.
Financial Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to the relevant authorities, including financial reports and annual reports.
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial reports in accordance with applicable standards.
Development of Policies and Procedures
- Develop internal policies and procedures related to corporate governance and legal compliance.
- Updating internal policis in accordance with changes in regulations and company needs
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor Degree all major
- Have experience min. 1 year in financial technology companies Peer to Peer Landing Industry
- Good attitude & communication skills
- Able to work independently & highly motivated with integrity
- Fluent in Chinese language
