Deskripsi Pekerjaan: <ul><li>Handle legal review and legal drafting to specific documents, such as Company agreements, assignments, statement letters and any other legal documents</li><li>Analyze, update and follow up to new laws and regulations related with the Company business activity</li><li>Support Corporate Secretary area in handling management meetings of BOD</li></ul>Kualifikasi: <ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Law</li><li>At least 1-3 years working experience as legal staff or relevant.
